Our process of starting a web design project is very simple where we discuss your requirement in details and also send a Website Questionnaire to be filled by you which contains questions related to web design you like to see and this answered questionnaire and any other intstructions sent through email to us by you assist us in creating the website that you want and provides us or establish a "Scope of Work" (SOW) for your project, we put our best efforts forward to deliver the end product as per the SOW.
We offer wide range of other web based services and website services which ranges from single page redesign, landing page design, current website enhancements, implementing any custom code or functionality in your exisiting website, designing or customizing contacts forms to any other small or big job as per your requirement. For completing such work we always pre-inform you about the required access and information we need to successfully complete the work and deploy our best available in-house expert / developer / designer.

1. Within 7 calendar days from the date of order or advance paid.
2. When we are not able to complete the work / job.
1. Domain registration and Domain mapping fees.
2. SSL purchase and renewal fees.
3. Any delays out of our control.
4. Any delays because of your unavailability / non-reachable.
5. If you are unable to provide us the required access, content, media, images, third party API's or any other item / details needed to successfully complete the work and as applicable from case to case basis.
6. When during the work progress same work is assigned to other / multiple companies or other / multiple individuals.
7. When work or website is fully completed.
8. When a developer / designer or any relevant expert as per the work requirement has been assigned and 50% or more work is completed.
9. When a website / work is moved / changed / switched to a different platform, for example moving / changing / switching a website based on WordPress platform to a non-WordPress platform.
10. Website transfer fee, moving your website from one server / host / platform to another.
